We are seeking an Administrative and Financial Assistant to strengthen our team. This position is open to recent graduates with a BTS in Administrative and Financial Management who are looking to gain valuable experience in administrative and accounting management. Main Duties:
- Verification and processing of invoices (import, transport, suppliers, service providers)
- Monitoring and management of supplier and service provider relationships
- Administrative and accounting management of day-to-day operations
- Verification of sales force commissions
- Participation in customer invoicing
- Administrative support to management and file monitoring
Required Qualifications:
- BTS diploma in Administrative and Financial Management or equivalent
- Rigor, organization, and attention to detail
- Comfortable with office tools and accounting software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Initiative and autonomy in assigned tasks
