We are looking for a Versatile Sales Assistant to join our team. This position requires a high level of versatility, covering sales management, customer service, administration, and accounting, both in France and internationally. Main responsibilities:
- Customer order tracking (from order entry to delivery)
- Management of French and international customer files
- Sales support (sales follow-up, customer follow-ups, administrative support)
- After-sales service (SAV): complaint handling, warranty monitoring, customer relations
- Invoicing management and sales administrative follow-up
- Sales document management and payment tracking
Required profile:
- Good English (written and spoken) is required
- Training in business, administration, or accounting (minimum BTS or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Rigor, organization, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in office tools and business management software
